Preseason games announced
Croatian champions Cibona will play five friendly games during the preseason
The names of Cibona’s opponents ahead of the start of the ABA League, SuperSport Premier League and Basketball Champions League seasons are now known. The first opponent will be Široki, coached by Marijan Bagarić. The game is scheduled for tomorrow at 7 P.M. Next, on Wednesday, September 2, Cibona will face Hungarian side Kaposvár, with tip-off at 1 P.M. The third game is scheduled for Saturday, September 5, against familiar Slovenian side Ilirija, starting at 6 P.M.
Široki, Kaposvár and Ilirija will all visit Dražen’s Home, after which Cibona will play two more games, both in Slovenia: first against Ilirija on September 9, followed by a matchup against Cedevita Olimpija on September 14.
The games will be closed to the public, but we’ll see you again under the Tower very soon.
