This policy describes how Košarkaški klub Cibona (the data controller) collects and processes personal data on this site and in the ticketing system.

What data we process

• Ticket purchases and orders:name and surname, e-mail address, telephone and invoice details — in order to deliver tickets, issue the fiscalised invoice and provide support. Payments are processed by the payment service provider; your card number never touches our systems.
• User account:sign-in details and order history.
• Newsletter:e-mail address together with the recorded consent (double opt-in); unsubscribing takes one click in every message.
• Analytics and marketing:only after your consent through the cookie notice (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Nothing loads without consent.

Your choice

We regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time — with one click at the bottom of every message, or by writing to [email protected]. You may also refuse to have your data disclosed to third parties, except where disclosure is necessary to fulfil an order (the payment service provider, the courier) or required by law. Refusing marketing affects neither your purchase nor your support.

Legal basis and retention

Purchase data is processed to perform the contract and to meet legal obligations (accounting rules); the newsletter and analytics rest on consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Data is kept only as long as those purposes and the law require.

Who we pass data to

Data goes only to those without whom an order cannot be fulfilled: Monri Payments d.o.o. as the payment service provider for card payments, the courier for delivering merchandise, and the accounting and IT services that maintain the system for us. Each of them processes the data on our instructions and under a processing agreement. We do not sell data, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

If you consent to analytics and marketing cookies, the data those tools collect (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) is transferred to and processed in the United States. The transfer rests on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on standard contractual clauses where that decision does not apply. Without your consent these tools are not loaded, and no transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place.

Your rights
