Against Split for a celebration that would bring them closer to the playoff final
After a hard-fought quarterfinal win against Dubrava, Cibona turns to the semifinals

In the first clash, which also opens the best-of-three series, they will host Split, who secured a place among the top four with two consecutive victories over Zabok.
This will be their fifth meeting of the season, including the fourth in the domestic league and the third in Zagreb, considering they also faced each other in the semi-finals of the Krešimir Ćosić Cup (the head-to-head record is tied, with each team having two wins).
“First of all, I would like to invite all fans to come in as large numbers as possible. Split is the team with the best offensive efficiency in the league. We are facing a demanding game because they have strong guards, mobile forwards, and a solid center line with Stephenson and Wiggins. We will be ready to play a tough game, both individually and as a team, in order to secure the win”, said Cibona head coach Ivan Rudež in the pre-game announcement.
“Split is a good team with a deep roster. I invite all fans to come and support us in this semi-final series because it’s playoff time. I expect an exciting game”, added Cibona player Renato Serdarušić.
The game will be played tomorrow at Dražen Petrović hall starting at 6:30 P.M. Live broadcast will be available on MAXSport television.
