The Wolves are hunting for another European victory in Dražen Petrović hall
Cibona is back on the European scene. On Tuesday, October 21st at 7 P.M. they will host French team Dijon at Dražen Petrović hall in the second round of Group J of the FIBA Europe Cup
After a strong start to the season and several impressive performances in front of the home crowd, the Wolves are ready to deliver another true basketball battle. The opponent is an experienced and physically strong team from France, but Cibona believes in the strength of its home court and the loud support from the stands.
“Dijon is a serious opponent with a lot of quality, but we’re playing in front of our fans and I believe we can put in a great performance. I invite everyone to come to the arena and be our sixth player”, said head coach Ivan Rudež ahead of the game.
The matchup against Dijon will be a real opportunity to see how much Cibona has progressed and to once again show the character of a team that never gives up.
